Fundraising Success!

Fundraising Success!
The Mt Timothy Ski Society has great news: the community has rallied around us, and with the incredible generosity of our supporters far and wide, we have surpassed our initial goal of raising $50,000, and are nearing our stretch goal of $100,000! To date we have raised $86,496 in pledges, contributions and donations, and are moving full-steam ahead on preparing for the upcoming ski and snowboard season!
We will begin contacting everyone who made a pledge to support us – we would greatly appreciate receiving all pledges by October 31. Payment can be made with credit card via PayPal on our website at the bottom the page here, or cheques can be made out and mailed to Mt. Timothy Ski Society, PO Box 33, 100 Mile House, BC, V0K 2E0. We will continue accepting additional fundraising donations throughout the year!
Our opening date is to be confirmed, but we are planning on December 15 – keep an eye on skitimothy.com and Mt Timothy on Facebook for updates.
Volunteer Work Weekend at Mt Timothy Oct. 21/22
We will be holding a volunteer work weekend up at the hill on Saturday and Sunday October 21 and 22 beginning at 9:00 am. Everyone is welcome to come up and help get the hill ready for the upcoming season. Work will focus on brushing and firewood for the lodge – please bring your equipment and a lunch and stop in to fill out a volunteer form at the cabin.
