Mt Timothy is located in the South Cariboo just outside of Lac La Hache, BC
We're about 45 minutes north of 100 Mile House or 1 hour
south of Williams Lake.

 

 

Ski Area Access

 

BUS TRANSPORTATION

WILLIAMS LAKE:  The Hot Spot YFC bus will once again be providing bus service to Mt Tim on Saturdays (reservations required) for $20 return. However, until mid-November they've got a limited quantity of PASSES available (10 round trips + 1 Free trip) for $150.

Pick up: 7:30 at the Hot Spot (289 North 3rd) or 7:45 (Fas Gas @ 150 Mile)

100 MILE HOUSE: 100 Mile Taxi & Charter will be operating a mini-bus for $20 return from several pick-up spots - the Red Coach parking lot (across from Tim Hortons); 108 Mile supermarket, and the Hungry Bear in Lac La Hache. It will operate daily on open days with a minimum of 5 passengers necessary. You MUST reserve a spot in advance at (250) 706-0322.

56km from 100 Mile House (approx. 45 minute drive)

• Travel north on Hwy. 97 to Lac La Hache.
• Turn right onto Timothy Lake Rd., follow signs to ski area.
• About a 20-30 minute drive from Lac La Hache.

89km from Williams Lake (approx. 1 hour drive)

• Travel south on Hwy. 97 to Lac La Hache.
• Turn left onto Timothy Lake Rd., follow signs to ski area.
• About a 20-30 minute drive from Lac La Hache.

 

 

South Cariboo / Lac La Hache

• Lac La Hache sits on Hwy 97 the major north/south route between Vancouver and Northern BC, Yukon and Alaska.
• Access from Vancouver via Fraser Canyon, Hwy 1, the Coquihalla or Hwy 99 Duffey Lake Rd via Whistler.

 

 

Transportation to the South Cariboo

There are a number of ways to get to the Heart of Cariboo country:

Car

Approx. 5 1/2 hours from Vancouver via Hwy 1 or Hwy 97.

Bus
Greyhound Bus has a station in 100 Mile House.

Air
Flights are available to Kamloops (2 hours to 100 Mile House) and Williams Lake (1 hour to 100 Mile House).

Airstrips
An airstrip is located in 100 Mile House and a larger one in nearby 108 Mile (15 minutes to Lac La Hache).
