SEASONAL POSITIONS
Want to ski or board for free? Mt Timothy is be seeking applicants for the season with a great attitude, who enjoy downhill skiing or boarding and have a willingness to work as a team. We will be accepting applications for full-time and part-time guest services, food services, pro-shop technicians, mountain operations staff and snow school instructors starting in November 2009.
Positions are available usually from December through March. We are lucky enough to have lots of returning staff, but are always looking for new team members. Some positions work primarily outdoors, others are based indoors. Training is provided, but applicants should be flexible, have a positive attitude, willing to learn, and committed to helping guests have a great mountain experience. Since we operate as a team, you will be asked to help out in other related areas when they're busy.
We offer free skiing or boarding, discounts at other mountains, training, discounts on food, pro-shop purchases and lessons in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Ski or Snowboard - Level I or II instructors part-time and full-time required.

Mountain / Lift Operations
Must enjoy working outside as part of a team, greeting guests and ensuring the safe operation of our lifts. Skiing or boarding experience required.

Snow Removal/Plow Truck Driver
Operating 1-Ton snowplow truck on access road. Requires clean driver's abstract, Class 5 licence and must be a 'morning-person'! Some light vehicle maintenance required.

Guest Services
Must enjoy meeting people, this fast-paced position processes tickets and passes, answers enquiries and strives to ensure that guests have a positive mountain experience. Cashier experience necessary; skiing or boarding experience preferred.

Food Services Cashier/Server
Greets guests and provides cashier operation for café services. Maintains cleanliness and organization of food services and day lodge areas. Should have cashier experience and the ability to work in a high-paced environment.

Helping guests get fitted with rental gear, and assisting in retail sales. Training for technician qualification is provided. Skiing or boarding experience required.
